All purifiers carry a 1-year comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects, along with one free annual service visit. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or force majeure events.
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of installation for unsatisfied customers, subject to the product being undamaged and in its original condition. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
